I realized when looking through old projects that I am really into making signs for people. It is fun and I get to play with my X-Carve and Glowforge quite a bit. For this sign, I wanted to make something nice for one of my co-workers, who just had a baby named Willow.

I was experimenting with carving out the space around the letters for this one, to create a cutout of the letters from the original block of wood. After a light staining, it came out pretty nice. I did the original layout using Easel, from Inventables.
